Design of a new six story office building for a multi-tenant and large single tenant occupancy. Building construction consisted of a composite steel and concrete floor system with a steel frame structure. The lateral system consisted of a cross brace frame lateral system with bracing located near elevators and stairs throughout the building. The exterior wall system was constructed of a stacked and supported brick veneer with a combination of strip and punch windows. The back-up for the brick veneer consisted of a cold formed metal wall system.. Building consisted of curtain wall veneer on the interior of the curved structure. The foundations consisted of a deep auger-cast pile foundation system with a two way structural slab supported on piles to allow for the ground floor. The building contains a tripod column system supporting four stories to allow for a drive aisle to the adjacent parking lot. The tripod system consists of a double steel column on a custom conical concrete peer.

Building construction consisted of a composite steel and concrete floor system with a steel frame structure. The lateral system consisted of a cross brace frame lateral system with bracing located near elevators and stairs throughout the building. The exterior wall system was constructed of prefabricated precast wall panels supported on the steel frame system. The foundations consisted of a conventional spread footing system with a slab on grade ground floor. In addition to the two office buildings, a new parking deck was constructed as a single level with a future option to add a second level. The parking garage was constructed design-build and consisted of 45 foot by 60 foot bays with precast wall panels throughout for lateral resistance.
